Store a file in a database under its own SHA-256.

Path params

Description

The body is the file's bytes, at most 100 MiB, with Content-Length (required: 411 without it). The bytes are checked against the hash in the path: a mismatch is 400 hash_mismatch and nothing is stored. Answers 201 when stored and 200 when the blob was already there. Above 100 MiB, upload in parts with POST .../uploads.
